 1.   Document Title: Larimer County Board of Commissioner's consideration of adoption and ratification regarding the 
      State of Colorado Department of Human Services Contracts'

      Description: The State has entered into a contract with the TALX Corporation, a provider of Equifax Verification 
      Services (EVS), for the use of The Work Number by county human services departments statewide. This contract 
      allows the counties to participate, with the State acting as a pass-through entity, to benefit from bulk pricing on 
      income verification from The Work Number. This document was executed on June 30, 2026, due to its urgent 
      nature.  Had the contract not been executed by that date, the statewide program would not have been able to be 
      implemented and all Colorado counties would have been affected. 
      Term: July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 
      Named Parties: Colorado Department of Human Services Office of Economic Security Division of Economic And 
      Workforce Support and Larimer County 
      Total Dollar Amount: $458,075.00
